Start facing each other lunging forward on right leg
Circle wrists outwards x 4
4 x undulations circling wrists bring left arm up
lunge out left leg away from each other
come up to centre and repeat to other side
one turns slightly into arabic up and down x 4 turning
keep the arabic going and turn back x 4
walk in circle around (opposite directions)
lunge left arms over then bring arms up and straighten up
circle wrists x 4
step overs right leg 1st x 4 Left arm in front 1st
flamenco turn right then left
forward and back step right hip turn to right grab skirt
forward, back, forward full turn
left forward back forward full turn
lunge left, right, left right
slow turn x 8 beats arms strong
4 x double hits arms in front holding skirts turning
step back swish skirt over 4 x single arabics backwards
turn and repeat the other way
8 walks around each other flourish skirt back on 8th count
repeat direction 8 counts
4 x step across paso doble facing each other
arms back circle each other 4 count full turn to face front.
forward and back step skirts swishing to front x 4 turning
8 hip flicks with R arm flicking skirt right
8 hip flicks with L arm flicking skirt left
extend right leg, lunge to right bring left arm in front, undulate up.
Kick ball change x 4 R leg
8 step circle to right
Kick ball change x 4 L leg
8 step circle to left closing gap
2 full do-se-do
chest slides r,l,r,l, roll down roll up x 2
4 double hits right 1st, turn 4 double hits
turn 4 double hits
right hip drops front back front back
left hip drops front back front back
forward and back step circling x 4
repeat 1st section until full turn (Should be back in original position)
4 forward and back step with shimmy circling x 4 (Bull arms)
4 x arabic twists circling
cross right foot over full turn
cross left foot over full turn,
5 step vine to left
5 step vine to right
shimmy 4 count turn to back
shimmy 4 count
full turn into opening lunge position.
